Note:
1. This is a Third-party wireless controller which compatible with PS-4/Pro/Slim.
2. When using the controller for the first time,you must pair the controller with the console system by connecting a USB data cable to complete device registration. After the first pairing,the wireless connection mode can be activated.
How to pair the controller to console?
1. Turn on your PS4, connect the controller using a micro USB cable, and then press the PS button on the controller.
2. Once the controller light turns on, you can remove the cable and use the controller wirelessly.
Warm Notice:
1. If there is something wrong with the product, it can be reset. Please stab the switch in the small hole on the back of the product and re-pair with the host to check if it is normal.
2. If you have headphones plugged into the 3.5mm headphone jack on the wireless controller and you hear no audio, or the audio from the headphones is very faint, make sure the headphone plug is pushed all the way in. Unplug and then firmly reinsert the headphones.
To route all audio output to headphones:
1. Go to Settings > Devices > Audio Devices.
2. Select Output to Headphones > All Audio.
3. Highlight the Volume Control (Headphones) option and press Right on the D-pad to make sure the controller's volume is turned up.
